My dad surprised me and build my studio box but he took back the wood I bought. A man suggested to use the wood that is used in subwoofer boxes. The box looks GREAT but when my artist records, I can barely hear her on the mic. But If im on the outside talking, the mic(which is in the box) picks me up better than my artist who is in the box. That is weird! So now Im wondering if the wood wasnt a good selection. I haven't bought the acoustic yet but the problem isnt the echo. It seems as if the box already drowning her sound out without the acoustic. Can someone please please give me some tips?! My dad did so good on the box and I would hate the problem to be the wood.
The cat is 4 years old and for the most part is well trained when it comes to the litter box, but about once every week he will do his business either on the floor of the living room - right across his litter box, or next to the front door. I always make sure his litter box is clean, so I don't see any reason for him to do his business elsewhere. How do I train him to only do his business in the litter box and not on the floor? Are there any products or reinforcement techniques that would work? Could there be a reason why he avoids his litter box sometimes or does he do it "just because"? I'd appreciate some answers from people who understand a cat's mentality a bit.
Here's the story: For my girlfriend, I made a memory box out of popsicle sticks and glue. Inside are ticket stubs and parking passes and stuff from all our various dates. Wrapped around the box is white yarn to hide how ugly the glue was when it dried. Now, my girlfriend loves the smell of my cologne, so I'm trying to think of some way to scent the box like my cologne. I'm trying to think of, specifically, a way to scent the box such that the scene (a) won't be overpowering early on, and (b) won't fade too quickly. Those things seem mutually exclusive, so I'm hoping someone can suggest a way. Any tips are appreciated! Whether it scents the inside or the outside of the box is irrelevant - I figure the yarn's better for holding the scent, but the inside of the box will hold the scent longer. Suggestions? Note: when I say 'scented', I don't mean smell-it-from-across-the-room, I mean when you lean near it, you can smell it - like an unlit scented candle.
My friend has a box which is a wooden box of 12x12. It has a wall around the box of 2 feet and it is painted with his art work. My father wants it in the back of the house but I want it on the corner of the house. My dad wants a veges to be planted in it. I want to put herbs and plants that will help keep us health. Maybe I should of said what type of art work. Jason is in to nuked mermaids and other fantasy pictures. I love his art work. Jason one day will be big in the art world. Dad hates it. He want Jason to be like in a business man. So what do you think? How do I go about plant a box graden ? where should I put it?
